Solution 1

This typically happens when you change your Twitter password and do not log out of Twitpic. All you need to do is log out of Twitpic and log back in with your new password. Future tweets from Twitpic will get sent to your Twitter account.

Solution 2

Sometimes Twitter credentials become out of sync with TwitPic.  Many times this fixes problems with tweets not making it to Twitter:

  1. Sign out of TwitPic
  2. Go to Twitter -> Settings -> Applications
  3. Revoke Access for TwitPic
  4. Go back to TwitPic and log in
  5. Try uploading a photo/video using whatever method you prefer

Solution 3

This can also happen if using certain 3rd party Twitter applications.  When a photo is posted to TwitPic using one of these applications, it is the job of the application to post the tweet to Twitter (at this point in time).  If the application does not do this, or if this process fails for whatever reason, then the tweet may not be posted.
